I don't think they paid Twinkie any attention. Twinkie started shopping for a label early 2010, ain't no telling what happened between 2004-2010! After Twinkie started focusing on The Clark Sisters again and had to do that BIG tour and didn't work on a Twinkie Clark project, they probably didn't care about her any more.
I HEARD not know that twinkie and verity didn't get along.I believe it's true because if you notice a lot of their roster has either jumped on another label or have created their own.Marvin sapp came to my city last year and spoke us how he wasn't ready to record so soon after the death of his wife but verity wouldn't budge.
Yeah, Verity now RCA does put out some quality gems but I don't think they treat their artists right anymore. Even one of my favs John P. Kee who's been with them FOREVER jumped ship and opened his own label last year stating he couldn't work with the "machine" anymore.

TTwinkie album is set for August 20. But...quick question: does anybody that went remember there being a band solo and a reprise for There Is A Word ft. Larry Clark? Cause I don't even remember that song being that long! What about God Gave Me Favor reprise and the other half of Speak Lord? And where did Jesus Is A Love Song go, that was good. Why does this album centers around Larry and his bad *** decisions !!!!!!!!!
She seems to have always been that type of person that watched out for the family in the music industry. I'm sure this has some to do with being generous to Larry and probably his mother as well. But I'm still excited to hear her and the remakes!
The snippets sounds fair, Hiya, Hallelujah, and Awaik o Zion will be my favorite. But I don't like how Karen and Twinkie did voice overs on Hallelujah and they're the only sisters you really hear but I'll just wait for mu copy!
