I'm Yvette...have truly grown up on the Clark Sisters, even before I came to Christ -- I loved to see them on a show called "Saturday Night Sing." I'm a huge fan and feel so overwhelmed to see such a beautiful and well-organized forum dedicated to the life's work of the Clark Sisters and their impeccable mother, and Moss family. My name is Shelia R. Louis. I pastor a church in Bethany, Oklahoma (along with my husband, Leroy) called Tabernacle of David International Worship Center. Three of our four children live in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and are in ministry with us.
I started playing the piano when I was 11, but my first love is the Hammond B-3. There was just something about hearing a skilled organist on a Hammond B-3 that made me feel like I was in heaven, and Twinkie definitely had AND STILL HAS THE TOUCH! She plays so effortlessly and with such precision!!! And I love the chords she comes up with!
I became acquainted with Dr. Mattie Moss Clark and the Clark Sisters while listening to a weekly Sunday night radio broadcast called "Wings of Grace." I've always admired the style and skill of the Clark family and feel that I've been mentored and tutored by listening to their albums over and over and over again.
In recent years, I've. really enjoyed hearing the younger generation of the Moss-Clark Family. I hope to some day meet them.

Hi, I am Cynthia AKA Cynt. I have been watching this site for a while. Just checking to make sure it is legit. After I saw the posting from Jackie regarding the demise of Bishop Walter Hawkins. I said it must be legit if the SISTERS are posting. I do not mind dropping money to support the Clark Sisters. I just do not what to be scammed. I will be making donations to this site in the near future. At the present time I am pushing Dr. Cole's Serving Up Soul radio program in my home town (Valdosta, Ga) on WGOV 950 am and preparing for my travel up to Detroit to Dr. Cole's Singers Musicians Conference in September. I hope to see some of you guys @ Greater Emmanuel.
