I went to this event KAREN CLARK SHEARD WRECKED SHOP!! She was in excellent vocal condition! She came out singing "We acknowledge YOU" the old quick version! She sang to a track the band picked it up, and the background singers did the reprise singing, "God you get the glory OUT OF MY LIFE" they were kind slow coming together but Karen gave them their parts and they got it together! Then she exhorted the crowd about 5 minutes about praise, and then went into a praise break, we shouted a while and she went into "HALLELUJAH" I wasn't sure if Karen was gonna really let loose. Eastern Star Church is a Mega baptist Church of about 20k members, and hey don't typically flow in the charasmatic/pentecostal vein. But without reservation Karen went in as usual, gave God all, she danced and spoke in tongues. She did the line, "I LOVE THE Lord he heard my cry" she belted out this deep GROWL, and cut the music!! The crowd ERUPTED!! Then she did, "THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE FOR ME" The service was good, overall. But I have to say this, I went to the recording almost two months ago... the biggest thing of the night that had me in aweeee was how GOOD Karen looked!! Now we know Karen always looks good! BUT

KAREN IS SKINNY!!! LIKE SKINNY SKINNY!!! I'd say at least 20lbs lighter than she was at the recording!! HER FACE, and body she is THIN!! LIKE JUST as if not smaller than she was in 2002!! SERIOUSLY!! When Karen walked down the isle I told my wife LOOK!!! My wife had no idea who she even was. I got to meet and talk with her after the event! She was sweet and quiet and humble as usual. I told her how good she looked, and I asked her if she was 35, she was flattered started blushing and laughing, she said, "I like him" I said, "Your skinny now!!" she said, "Thank you". I also asked her about "THE SHEARDS" season 2, and I asked her when she was looking to drop the newest cd, and she said..
