Hi y'all !!! Even if I've been logged in this site for several months, I've never introduced myself so now that morever Luv4Karen advised me to do it 'cause many of you would be curious to know how I was introduced to the Clarks' minister as a native of Italy, I'll do it... I've just become (on 27th June) a 18 year old guy and in September I'm gonna start the last year of High School (thank God it's almost finished !!!). My biggest love is music, my biggest dream is to become a famous singer all over the world (I've been taking singing lessons since I was a child) and I'll try to do it in every possible way I can as I can't even think of myself not being on a stage singing for people and trying to inspire them with my music... I've always been, am and will always be a "mad" fan of the vocal TALENT and TECHNIQUE and I've always loved and looked up to the GREATEST singers of all time (expecially BLACK singers), first of all "The Voice" Whitney Houston who I'm the biggest fan of... I've always liked Gospel music too (and this is a really unusual thing, being Italian, 'cause there's a lot of people here that don't even know what it is...Shame on them...); but I didn't know the "REAL" Gospel since 2 years ago when, searching on Youtube, I happened to watch a Karen's performance which I was completely blown away from... I was like: "Oh God, can such a vocal BEAST really exist on this Earth????" and I had to convince myself 'bout that when I started watching other videos by her and everytime she "killed" me more...Since then, I completely fell in love with Gospel and I knew (thanks Youtube!) all the most talented and famous Gospel singers of all, including The Clark Sisters who became my favourite group... Not only I was shocked to hear that such ANOINTED voices (like Kim Burrell, Karen, Lashun Pace ,etc...) really existed but I was totally ASTONISHED when I knew what Speaking in Tongues & Laying Hands were...Here in Italy, almost nobody knows 'bout this kind of things 'cause we're Catholic and we have a completely different concept of praising the Lord and way of celebrating Him... For us praise means silence, quietism, etc.. and you'd be considered "mad" if you start screaming or jumpin' in a Church... But I like your way of praising Him so much that even if I'm Catholic, I'm absolutely alright with it and captured by it...That's all folks !!! (Hope I didn't make it too long but it's a long story and I couldn't make it shorter...) Thanks for reading...
